Jairo Gonzalez is an attorney licensed in Florida, Washington D.C., and The Republic of Colombia. With legal education and professional experience in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, he advises businesses, government contractors, investors, and individuals operating across the United States and Latin America.

Mr. Gonzalez earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida International University College of Law, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a law degree from Universidad de los Andes in The Republic of Colombia. His education provides a unique understanding of both legal systems, supporting clients engaged in domestic and cross-border matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Gonzalez is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, property management, homeowners’ association (HOA) matters, title and ownership issues, mortgage-related transactions, construction-related matters, and asset protection and recovery. He also advises businesses, investors, government contractors, and individuals on corporate structuring, contract review, regulatory compliance, immigration matters, international transactions, and cross-border operations. Fluent in English and Spanish, he combines legal knowledge, business understanding, and practical problem-solving to help clients manage risk, protect their interests, and move forward with confidence.
